Jorge "Parra" is on ill Dutch graphic designer with imagination and creativity like a little boy. His works are SERIOUS. He has works on shirts, shoes, skateboards and all types of clothing. He's not TOO big in USA, a lot of exclusivity. He has own clothing line, Rockwell Clothing. I noticed he did work in Kanye's video for "Good Life".
