Ciara on the cover the October Vibe issue. She's been just a little bit too freaky lately. When she performed with Chris Brown @ the 2008 BET Awards she was goin a little bit to hard when she was type grindin' on top of him, and then i seen her in the Nelly's "Stepped On My J's" video, the booty pop at the end of her verse was kinda scandalous, it was cool, but it was scandalous.
